Welcome to NextStep El Monte Tree Services. By accessing our website at www.elmontecatreeservices.com or using our tree care services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

NextStep El Monte Tree Services, located at 11100 Valley Blvd #229, El Monte, CA 91731, provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, and related arborist services throughout El Monte and surrounding areas.

Service Terms

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by NextStep El Monte Tree Services are based on visual inspection and the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from those observed during the initial assessment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if additional work, equipment, or safety measures are required.

Service Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. If you need to reschedule or cancel a service appointment, please contact us at (323) 329-3276 at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential cancellation fees.

Property Access and Preparation

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas and removing any valuable items, decorations, or obstacles from the work zone. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or landscaping features that are not properly marked or disclosed prior to service.

Permits and Regulations

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local authorities for tree removal or other services. We can provide guidance and documentation to assist with the permit process, but the responsibility for securing permits rests with the property owner.

Payment and Pricing

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work. Any additional work requested beyond the original scope will be billed separately.

If payment is not received within 30 days of service completion, a late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pursue collection efforts for unpaid invoices.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and guarantee that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we cannot guarantee outcomes related to tree health, growth, or survival, as these factors are influenced by many variables beyond our control including weather, soil conditions, disease, and pests.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages or losses resulting from tree care services.

Limitation of Liability

NextStep El Monte Tree Services maintains comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We take every precaution to protect your property and ensure safe work practices. However, tree work carries inherent risks, and while we minimize these risks through professional techniques and safety protocols, we cannot be held liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions or hidden defects in trees or structures
• Damage to underground utilities not properly marked by utility companies
• Acts of nature, including wind, storms, or other weather events
• Lawn damage from necessary equipment access in wet conditions
• Tree decline or death from factors beyond our control after trimming or pruning services

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are provided on a priority basis and may be subject to additional fees due to the urgent nature of the work, after-hours scheduling, or hazardous conditions. Emergency service pricing will be communicated before work begins whenever possible.

Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, we will remove all tree debris, branches, and wood generated by our services from your property. Stump grinding services include removal of wood chips unless you request to keep them for mulching purposes.

We make every effort to leave your property clean and tidy. However, some minor sawdust, small wood chips, or leaf debris may remain after services are completed.

Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service requests. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our website at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of NextStep El Monte Tree Services and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
